CANCELLATION POLICY
Your time is valuable, and so is mine. To provide the best service for all clients, please review the following policy: • A 48-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Same-day cancellations or no-shows will require a deposit or 50% of the service to rebook. • Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred one time with proper notice. • Repeated last-minute cancellations may require full payment upfront for future bookings.
